Unwrapping Hershey’s D2C Happiness
The Hershey Company asked Merkle DEG to develop a D2C strategic plan to gather first-party data to better understand customer behavior and extend its lead in the confectionery industry. Creative (UI/UX) created engaging modular systems that unified the ecommerce experience across a wide line of products.
